Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Identitech web application (the “Service”) operated by Identity Technology Ltd (“Identitech”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or are required to use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purpose

The Service allows customers of financial and other professional service firms to meet legal identity verification requirements without the need to scan or send away their important documents.

Customers do not need to download an app or create an account. The ID and KYC process is all completed securely in-browser, quickly and easily.

Content

Our Service allows you to submit certain information about yourself in order to help a professional service firm to comply with certain pieces of UK legislation, including the Money Laundering Regulations 2017.  The app uses various technologies in order to verify your identity.

Customers can only access the Service following receipt of a unique link via SMS message or email.

We do not charge individual customers who access the Service in order to verify their identity.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Identitech.

Identitech has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Identitech shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
